We want you to feel confident using BagCheck Baby. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work. If something isn't right, please reach out — we'd rather sort it out than leave you with a bad experience.

We offer a 14-day refund policy for all purchases, in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, regardless of usage.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you'll continue to have access and credits until then.
You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
If you cancel within 14 days of starting an annual subscription, you are eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, no refund will be issued for the remaining period.
The free plan is — as the name suggests — free. No payment is taken, so no refund applies.
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchasing credit packs, regardless of usage.
If a credit was deducted but your checklist failed to generate due to a technical error on our end, we will restore the credit to your account or issue a refund — no questions asked. Please email us with your account email and the approximate time of the failed generation.
We encourage you to contact us directly before raising a dispute with your bank or card provider. We're a small team and we genuinely want to help.
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests in cases of abuse or excessive usage.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of BagCheck Baby after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
